OUR STORY
Laundry Today has been a family business since 2015. We started it because we genuinely enjoy solving this exact problem — giving people visiting London back the one thing that always seems to go missing on a trip: clean clothes, without losing half a day to finding a launderette. That's still what gets us up in the morning. Every suitcase that comes through our door is handled the way we'd want our own family's to be — honestly priced, looked after properly, and back exactly when we said it would be.

Our machines don't run a delicate cycle, so suits and formal wear are better off with a dedicated dry cleaner.

We don't offer ironing — we wash, dry and fold only, which is what lets us hit our same-day turnaround. Our wash and fold process is done carefully to cut down on creasing, so there's little to no ironing to do once you unpack.

No. Loosely pack your suitcase — our maximum capacity is a standard large suitcase — and leave the sorting to us, we separate by colour before washing.
No — for hotels, we collect from the front desk or concierge, so just drop your suitcase there before your chosen window. For Airbnbs, if there's no reception, we'll collect directly from you at the door during your chosen slot instead. Either way, we're not able to collect from or deliver to individual hotel rooms.
